- Description of Investment in Real Estate, Construction, with projections of Sales Tax Revenue and Property Tax projections
- Any other supporting documentation

The matching revitalization grant is intended to improve the exterior appearance of commercial establishments and drive consumer traffic into participating grant establishments. This is available in certain zones of the city.
